Overview:
Ford challenged us to reimagine their entire website experience—from a refreshed look and feel to a streamlined user journey. In a winning four-week pitch, we created five bold, innovative concepts using ambitious, “pie-in-the-sky” thinking to develop key features and a fresh, dynamic aesthetic.
I was involved in this fast and furious pitch from day one, and co-created daily with leadership to hone in on the final five directions. I contributed significantly to each direction, and took ownership of Ford Predictive and Ford for Life, ensuring each felt distinct through its use of unique typography, color, and image style. I designed UI elements, components, and built pages to assemble into visually appealing pitch presentations that helped us win the account.

Overview:
Tasked with advancing Ford’s e-commerce experience, our team prioritized a mobile-first approach to simplify the complex, and somewhat novel, process of buying a car online. Over the course of nine months, we co-created with client stakeholders and conducted user testing to ensure our designs were intuitive, aligned with user needs, and effectively supported business goals.
As the lead visual designer on the project, I managed a visual design pod alongside the UX lead to transform complex flows into clean, user-friendly designs that enhanced the original Ford design system. With the Ford OS redesign happening in parallel, my team integrated key elements from the new design system. To further bring our designs to life, I was responsible for creating advanced prototypes for executive presentations and user testing.
